The Annual Shool Sports Day has been scheduled fo Friday 28th April 2023. Mr. Tsegyal Tashi, IAS, Retd. Secretary, Govt. of Sikkim is the Chief Guest.

Alumni Day Celebration

Dear Sasonians (Alumni),

Greetings to you from St. Augustine’s School, Kalimpong. With God’s grace, I hope you and you families are all doing well. Our prayers and wishes will always be with you.

As you are all well aware, a great effort is made by the Sasonian International Alumni Association to get all the Sasonians on one platform, for a delayed celebration of our Platinum Jubilee.

The school had decided to close the issue completely and move on. (Ref: Minutes of the Managing Committee we help in September 2020.) However, in a zoom meeting of the Alumni held on 21 June 2020 the school was requested to keep the issue open. Thereafter in a meeting held on 1st August 2022 the School was requested to explore the possibility of a celebration with the School providing a Platform for the Celebration.

All along in the past years many of you have shown great generosity with your time, and resources towards the School and its students. May God Bless you all. Now at this great occasion some of you are united in the spirit of “giving back” to the institution. I hear that many Chapters and individual persons have pledged and committed to do something substantially by way of implementing projects in the school so that your generosity may create lasting memories in the school and coming generations of Sasonians may have a better learning environment. I thank you all for your good will.

Abp. Thomas D’ Souza. has consented to be with you all at least for a day. All the programs are conducted under the aegis of Sasonian International Alumni Association in collaboration with Sasonian Alumni Association, Kalimpong Chapter. The School is glad to offer you a platform to gather and celebrate.

Hence, your all out support to the Sasonian International Alumni Association will be very much appreciated. I request you to register well in advance and confirm your participation in the celebration so that all the necessary arrangement can be made.
